At this hands-on experience, your family member (or you!) will create a custom bourbon blend tailored to personal taste preferences. The roughly 90-minute session walks you through tasting and blending two different cask-strength bourbons—one high-rye and one high-wheat—to understand how different grain recipes shape flavor. You'll learn to identify the unique notes in each barrel before mixing them together to craft your ideal blend. This activity is designed for adults 21 and older with a valid ID.
