Cheekwood Harvest

Cheekwood Harvest

Autumn festival at Cheekwood with pumpkin houses, scarecrow trail, and seasonal fun.

Come experience fall in full bloom at Cheekwood's six-week harvest festival, where the 55-acre botanical garden becomes a seasonal celebration. The 2026 event features a brand-new Marigold River—over 2,500 vibrant blooms creating a colorful pathway to the Pumpkin Village, complete with interactive pumpkin houses and thousands of pumpkins perfect for photos. You'll also discover the Scarecrow Trail, where 15 storybook-inspired creations by local artists line the gardens, and you can select a pumpkin to take home. Every weekend brings live music performances from noon to 2 p.m., so pack a blanket and picnic supplies to enjoy everything from Western swing to jazz while the kids play garden games. The festival also offers TOTS! programming Tuesday through Saturday mornings with hands-on activities and storytimes in the Children's Garden, plus guided house tours and special workshops throughout the season. Advance timed-entry tickets are required for all visitors, and the property may reach parking capacity during busy periods—rideshare is a good backup option if that happens.
