Creature Connection: Chinchilla Foraging

Your family is invited to meet one of the Discovery Center's animal ambassadors and learn what makes chinchillas special. During this hands-on session, kids will explore the foraging habits of these fluffy creatures and participate in a STEAM activity that connects to their natural behaviors. It's a fun way to discover how animals interact with their environment through play and experimentation. This program works well for kindergarteners and older children.
