Family Storytime at Matthews Library (ages 0-5)

Join us for an interactive storytime experience designed for the youngest learners and their grown-ups. Your family will enjoy a mix of stories, songs, and movement activities—all thoughtfully chosen to build early literacy skills while nurturing a genuine love of reading. Parents and caregivers are invited to actively participate alongside the children, making it a shared experience for the whole family. This program is completely free and welcomes babies through five-year-olds. Arrive a bit early and sign up at the Train Desk about 15 minutes before the session begins. It's a wonderful, low-pressure way to spend time together while introducing your little ones to the library and the joy of books.
