FEAR FEST x First Kiss Friday! Twilight (2008)

The Franklin Theatre is screening the 2008 vampire romance *Twilight* as part of their October-long FEAR FEST celebration. This PG-13 film follows Bella Swan as she moves to a small Pacific Northwest town and becomes entangled with Edward Cullen, a 108-year-old vampire hiding in plain sight as her classmate. The film runs just over two hours and stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson. FEAR FEST runs throughout October and features a mix of Halloween-themed films for all ages—from family-friendly animated features to classic horror and deeper cuts for serious genre fans. The theatre also offers TERRORTHON, a mystery double-feature pairing a well-known horror film with a lesser-known gem. Note that the Franklin Theatre doesn't show previews, so the movie will start right at showtime. Doors open 45 minutes before the screening.
