Franklin’s Factory Historic Walking Tour

Step back in time at The Factory with a guided tour led by the site's historian. You'll walk through the halls of this former industrial building—now a vibrant hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment—and learn about the people, products, and key moments from nearly a century of history. The tour lasts one hour and includes both indoor and outdoor stops, so it operates rain or shine. Tours run on Wednesday and Friday mornings at 11 AM from April through October. Just plan to arrive about 10 minutes early to check in at The Factory x Franklin Visitor Center (next to The White Alligator), and wear comfortable walking shoes. If you prefer a more relaxed pace, the "Sips & Stories" happy hour tour also happens Tuesdays at 5:30 PM and includes a beverage from The Skylight to enjoy as you explore. Groups of 6 to 25 people can also arrange a private, customized tour by contacting the venue directly.
