Glow in the Park

Glow in the Park transforms The Adventure Park into a nighttime aerial playground where families can zipline and navigate treetop trails under LED lights. Kids ages 7 and up will spend about two hours moving through 13 color-coded trails of varying difficulty—from beginner to expert—across 162 treetop platforms connected by 31 ziplines, bridges, ladders, and climbing challenges. The real twist: each event features a different music theme, from disco to country to Broadway, making every visit unique. Before heading into the glowing trees, you'll spend 30 minutes on orientation, safety training, and a practice session to get comfortable with the harness. The park sits on six wooded acres just 15 minutes west of downtown Nashville. Plan for about 2.5 hours total (orientation plus climbing time), and bring your electronic waiver completed before arrival. Advance reservations are strongly recommended since events sell out, and the park operates Wednesday through Sunday in most weather conditions.
