Homeschool Learning Pods: Anatomy Dissection Labs – Frog
Hands-on anatomy dissection lab where kids explore frog anatomy at Discovery Center.
This hands-on session invites older elementary and middle school students to step into the role of a biologist at the Discovery Center. During this interactive one-hour lab, participants will examine frog anatomy up close using proper dissection tools and techniques. It's a chance to explore how animal bodies work from the inside out—a classic science experience that combines curiosity with real learning.
The program is designed specifically for homeschool groups and runs on a select Thursday afternoon. Each student pays $15 to participate, while supervising adults are $10. Your registration fee includes access to explore the museum's full exhibits through closing time, giving your group extra time to investigate other displays and programs. Space is limited, so register in advance to secure your spot.
