July 4th Run For Hunger 2026

This community fundraiser invites families to kick off Independence Day while supporting a meaningful cause. You can choose how you'd like to participate: register for the timed 5K race ($45 adults, $25 children ages 5–12), join the untimed Color Fun Run ($40 adults, $25 children), or bring younger kids for the free Bicycle and Stroller Parade. All race participants receive a t-shirt (guaranteed if registered by June 27). There's also a Miles for Meals Fundraising Challenge that lets you set personal training goals throughout June and ask supporters to sponsor your miles—a great way to deepen the event's impact. The morning kicks off early with registration and packet pickup at 6:00 AM, followed by the 5K start at 7:00 AM and the Color Fun Run at 8:00 AM. The Bicycle and Stroller Parade begins at 9:00 AM for the youngest participants. Registration happens through RunSignUp.com, where you'll set up a personal fundraising page and can add extra donations if you'd like. Top fundraisers receive recognition and awards on race day. This is the fifth annual event, organized by The Well Outreach to support their community ministry.
