Kids Club: Communities
Kids explore community themes through crafts at Carnegie Library Brookline.
This Kids Club session explores what makes communities strong and how positive change begins at the local level. Timed to mark the 250th anniversary of the United States, the program helps children understand the importance of being good neighbors and how individual actions contribute to a thriving community. Kids will participate in a hands-on creative project where they design and build a model building to add to a collaborative town display.
The program is designed for school-age children in kindergarten through fifth grade and runs for one hour. This event is part of the America250PA programming series. It's free to attend. For questions or more information, you can reach the Brookline location directly or visit the Carnegie Library website.
