Mercy Community Healthcare’s Franklin Classic

Lace up for a festive community race that celebrates America's 250th birthday! The Mercy Franklin Classic offers something for every fitness level and age. Choose from a 10K (starting early at 6:30am), a 5K (at 8:00am), or tackle both for the full 15K experience. Families with younger children can participate in the 1K Kids Run at 9:00am, where every child earns a medal at the finish line. Whether you're a serious runner, casual walker, or first-timer, you'll be supporting a great cause while having fun in the heart of town. Come dressed in your best Americana—think Benjamin Franklin, Betsey Ross, or Uncle Sam—and compete for best costume honors with your friends or team. After the races wrap up, the Kids Zone offers games, face painting, and treats to keep the celebration going. All registration fees support Mercy Community Healthcare's health programs and services. Registration is already open, with race shirts included and prices ranging from $15 for kids to $75 for the combo distance option.
