Musical Instrument Petting Zoo

Your kids can get hands-on with real instruments at this interactive activity hosted at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Children will have the chance to try their hand at fiddles, banjos, ukuleles, and other instruments under the guidance of instructors who'll help them along the way. It's a casual, drop-in format suitable for all ages, so there's no pressure—just fun exploration of different sounds and playing styles. The activity takes place in the Taylor Swift Education Center and is included with your museum admission ticket. If you're a museum member, it's completely free. Eligible Tennessee residents from nearby counties can also take advantage of free admission for kids under 18, plus a 25 percent discount for up to two accompanying adults (proof of residency required). It's a great way to spark musical interest while enjoying everything else the museum has to offer.
