Nightwatch

Nightwatch is a live planetarium show that invites families to explore the night sky together. During this 30-minute experience, you'll learn how to spot and identify constellations, bright stars, planets, and other celestial objects visible to the naked eye. Since the night sky changes throughout the year, each visit to Nightwatch offers something different depending on the season, making it a fresh experience no matter when you attend. This show works especially well for elementary-aged children who are curious about astronomy and space. It's a great way to build confidence in identifying what's actually up there on a clear night. Tickets are available for purchase, and you can check the planetarium calendar to find showtimes that work for your family. The museum is open Monday and Thursday from 9am to 3pm, and Friday through Sunday from 9am to 5pm (with extended summer hours on Fridays).
