Nightwatch is a live planetarium show that takes families on a guided tour of the night sky. During this 30-minute presentation, you'll learn how to spot and identify constellations, bright stars, planets, and other celestial objects visible without a telescope. Since the night sky changes throughout the year, each Nightwatch experience is different depending on the season, giving you something fresh to discover each time you visit. This show works especially well for elementary-age children who are curious about space and astronomy. You'll leave with practical skills for stargazing on your own during clear nights. Tickets are available for purchase, and you can check the planetarium calendar to find showtimes that fit your family's schedule. The museum is open Monday and Thursday from 9am to 3pm, and Friday through Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
