Studio Tenn Presents: It’s A Wonderful Life

Studio Tenn brings back their sold-out holiday favorite with a fresh twist on a timeless classic. Five actors transform the entire story of George Bailey into a live 1940s radio broadcast, complete with vintage microphones, sound effects, and original music. You'll feel transported to Christmas Eve 1946 as the performers bring the town of Bedford Falls to life right before your eyes, creating every character and scene in real time on the Turner Theater stage. The original cast returns to deliver the heart, humor, and nostalgia that made this production such a hit. This heartwarming show runs about two hours with a 15-minute intermission and is recommended for ages 12 and up (note: the story includes themes of suicide). Tickets start at $30, with special discounts available for students, military members, educators, and groups of eight or more. Studio Tenn also offers accessibility options including ASL interpretation and sensory-friendly performances with modified sound and lighting. After select performances, you can stick around for a talk-back with the artistic director and cast to ask questions and learn more about the production.
