Tasty Tuesday brings kitchen science to life at the Discovery Center's FRANKE Kitchen! Kids dive into hands-on cooking activities where they'll mix, measure, and experiment with real ingredients. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, your child will explore the fascinating chemistry happening in everyday foods—watching dough rise, chocolate melt, and simple ingredients transform into tasty creations. It's a perfect blend of STEAM learning and culinary fun that builds confidence in the kitchen while keeping things playful and delicious. This program is included with your admission to the Discovery Center, making it an easy addition to your visit. Each session welcomes up to 24 participants, so spots fill up based on demand. Kids of all cooking experience levels are welcome to join in—no prior skills needed, just curiosity and a willingness to get hands-on. It's a wonderful way for children to discover how science and cooking go hand in hand.
