Tasty Tuesday brings kitchen science to life at the Discovery Center's FRANKE Kitchen! Kids get hands-on with real cooking, mixing ingredients and experimenting with how foods transform. You'll explore the chemistry behind everyday cooking—watching dough rise, chocolate melt, and discovering how ingredients work together. Experienced instructors guide children through measuring, mixing, and basic culinary techniques while they create tasty treats like apple donuts. This program is included with regular admission to the Discovery Center, so there's no extra cost beyond your entry. Sessions are capped at 24 participants to keep things manageable and fun. It's a great way for kids to build confidence in the kitchen while learning STEAM concepts through actual cooking and discovery.
