Tasty Tuesday at the Discovery Center brings kitchen science to life in the FRANKE Kitchen! Kids get hands-on with real cooking activities, mixing ingredients and discovering the chemistry hidden in everyday foods. During this interactive session, children learn practical skills like measuring and mixing while exploring how ingredients transform — watching dough rise, chocolate melt, and other culinary magic unfold. Your child will leave with both new kitchen confidence and a tasty treat they've created themselves, like apple donuts. This program is included with museum admission and welcomes up to 24 children per session. It's a perfect fit for kids who are curious about how food works and want to develop basic cooking skills in a fun, guided environment. Come ready to stir, experiment, and discover that cooking is really just delicious science in action.
