Tasty Tuesday at Discovery Center brings kitchen science to life in the FRANKE Kitchen, where kids dive into hands-on cooking experiments. Children stir, mix, and work with real ingredients to create edible projects while learning about the chemistry happening in every recipe—from rising dough to melting chocolate. Knowledgeable instructors guide kids through basic culinary techniques like measuring and mixing while they discover how different ingredients interact with one another. This program blends STEAM learning with creativity and tasty results, making it a fun way for children to build confidence in the kitchen. Each session welcomes up to 24 participants and is included with regular admission to the Discovery Center, so there's no extra fee beyond your museum entry. It's perfect for kids who are curious about how food works and enjoy getting creative with their hands.
