Tasty Tuesday

Tasty Tuesday brings kitchen science to life at the Discovery Center's FRANKE Kitchen! During this hands-on program, children mix ingredients, cook, and discover the chemistry hiding in everyday foods. Kids work with knowledgeable instructors to explore how ingredients interact while learning practical skills like measuring, mixing, and observing reactions—think rising dough or melting chocolate. It's a fun way for young cooks to build confidence in the kitchen while enjoying some delicious creations along the way. Each session welcomes up to 24 participants and is included with general museum admission, making it a great addition to a Discovery Center visit. This program works well for kids interested in cooking, science, or both.
