Tasty Tuesday at Discovery Center brings kitchen science to life in the FRANKE Kitchen! Kids dive into hands-on cooking activities where they mix, measure, and experiment with real ingredients. Throughout the session, children discover the chemistry happening right in front of them—watching dough rise, observing chocolate melt, and learning how different ingredients interact. It's a flavorful way to build culinary confidence while exploring STEAM concepts through delicious, edible results. This interactive program is led by experienced instructors who guide kids through basic cooking techniques while keeping the focus on fun and discovery. One special highlight: children get to make apple donuts! Each session welcomes up to 24 participants and is included with museum admission, making it an accessible outing for families already visiting the Discovery Center. It's perfect for kids who are curious about cooking and eager to explore the science behind everyday foods.
