Tasty Tuesday

Tasty Tuesday brings kitchen science to life at the Discovery Center's FRANKE Kitchen. During this hands-on cooking program, kids get to mix, measure, and experiment with real ingredients while learning about the chemistry behind cooking. You'll watch as your child discovers how ingredients transform—whether it's dough rising, chocolate melting, or other delicious reactions. Instructors guide children through basic culinary techniques while keeping the focus on exploration and fun. This session is perfect for kids who enjoy both cooking and learning. Each program includes admission to the Discovery Center and welcomes up to 24 participants per session, so spaces are available but not unlimited. It's a great way for children to build confidence in the kitchen while having a hands-on STEAM learning experience.
