Tasty Tuesday

Tasty Tuesday brings kitchen science to life at the Discovery Center's FRANKE Kitchen. Kids get hands-on experience mixing, measuring, and experimenting with real ingredients while learning the chemistry behind everyday cooking. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, children discover how ingredients interact and transform—whether it's dough rising, chocolate melting, or other culinary reactions. It's a fun, practical introduction to both cooking skills and STEAM learning rolled into one delicious hour. This program is included with regular museum admission, so there's no extra fee beyond entry. Each session welcomes up to 24 participants, giving kids plenty of attention and space to explore. It's a great fit for children who enjoy hands-on activities and want to build confidence in the kitchen while having a good time. If your family is planning a visit to the Discovery Center, Tasty Tuesday is a nice bonus activity to add to your day.
