Tasty Tuesday

Tasty Tuesday brings kitchen science to life at the Discovery Center's FRANKE Kitchen! Kids dive into hands-on cooking activities where they'll measure, mix, and experiment with real ingredients. During this session, children will make apple donuts while learning the chemistry behind cooking—watching dough rise, chocolate melt, and ingredients transform into something delicious. Experienced instructors guide kids through each step, building culinary confidence and STEAM skills at the same time. This program works wonderfully for children who love getting messy, creating, and eating their creations. Each session welcomes up to 24 participants, and admission to the activity is included with your museum entry fee. It's the perfect way to combine learning and fun in one tasty hour.
