Tasty Tuesday

Tasty Tuesday at Discovery Center brings kitchen science to life in the FRANKE Kitchen, where kids get hands-on with cooking and discover the chemistry happening in every ingredient. Children stir, mix, and experiment to transform everyday foods into delicious creations while learning how ingredients interact and observing real science—like how dough rises or chocolate melts. Instructors guide kids through basic culinary skills including measuring and mixing, building confidence in the kitchen one tasty adventure at a time. This program is included with regular museum admission, and each session welcomes up to 24 participants. It's a fun way for young learners to explore STEAM concepts while making something they can actually eat. Families heading to the Discovery Center can plan to enjoy this interactive cooking experience as part of their visit.
