Tasty Tuesday brings kitchen science to life at the Discovery Center's FRANKE Kitchen! During this hands-on program, children mix, measure, and experiment with real ingredients to create edible projects—like apple donuts—while learning the chemistry behind cooking. Your child will discover how ingredients interact, observe reactions like rising dough and melting chocolate, and build confidence in the kitchen through guided activities led by experienced instructors. This interactive session blends STEAM learning with creative cooking, making it perfect for kids who are curious about food and enjoy getting hands-on. Each session welcomes up to 24 participants and is included with regular museum admission, so there's no extra program fee. It's a fun, flavorful way for children to explore science while enjoying a tasty adventure together.
