Tasty Tuesday brings kitchen science to life at the Discovery Center's FRANKE Kitchen! During this hands-on program, children get to mix, measure, and experiment with real ingredients while learning the science behind cooking. Kids explore how ingredients interact and observe chemical reactions firsthand—like watching dough rise or chocolate melt—all while building practical culinary skills and kitchen confidence. This interactive session blends STEAM learning with creative fun, making it a flavorful adventure for young learners. Each session welcomes up to 24 participants and is included with your museum admission, so there's no extra cost beyond entry. It's a great way for kids to discover the exciting intersection of science and food in a supportive, instructor-led environment.
