Tasty Tuesday

Tasty Tuesday invites kids to explore the science of cooking in the FRANKE Kitchen at Discovery Center. During this hands-on session, children will mix, measure, and experiment with real ingredients while learning how food chemistry works—discovering things like why dough rises and how chocolate melts. Each activity builds basic culinary skills while keeping the focus on fun and delicious results, including making apple donuts. This program is included with general museum admission and works well for kids interested in cooking, science, and creative learning. Each session accommodates up to 24 participants, so arrive early to secure a spot. It's a great way for children to gain confidence in the kitchen while having hands-on STEAM learning experiences.
