Tasty Tuesday brings kitchen science to life at the Discovery Center's FRANKE Kitchen. Kids get hands-on with real cooking, mixing ingredients and experimenting to see how food actually works. You'll explore the chemistry behind everyday cooking—watching dough rise, chocolate melt, and learning techniques like measuring and mixing. It's a fun way for children to build confidence in the kitchen while discovering the science hiding in their favorite foods. This interactive program is included with regular museum admission and is led by experienced instructors who guide kids through making delicious creations like apple donuts. Each session welcomes up to 24 participants, so there's plenty of room for your child to explore and create. It's perfect for kids who are curious about cooking and enjoy hands-on learning that combines creativity with discovery.
