Tasty Tuesday brings kitchen science to life at the Discovery Center's FRANKE Kitchen! Kids dive into hands-on cooking activities where they'll mix, measure, and experiment with real ingredients. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, your children will explore the chemistry happening in everyday foods—watching dough rise, chocolate melt, and ingredients transform into delicious creations. It's a perfect blend of STEAM learning and culinary fun that builds confidence in the kitchen. This interactive program is included with general admission and welcomes up to 24 participants per session, so spaces fill up. Kids will leave with both new cooking skills and a tasty treat they've made themselves, like the apple donuts featured in this session. It's an engaging way for young learners to discover that cooking is really just applied science you can eat!
