Tasty Tuesday brings kitchen science to life at the Discovery Center's FRANKE Kitchen. Kids dive into hands-on cooking activities where they mix, measure, and experiment with real ingredients to create edible treats—like apple donuts! Led by experienced instructors, children discover the chemistry behind cooking, observing how ingredients interact and transform through techniques like mixing and heating. This program blends STEAM learning with creativity and delicious results, helping kids build confidence in the kitchen while having fun. Each session welcomes up to 24 participants and is included with your regular admission to the Discovery Center. It's perfect for young learners who are curious about how food works and excited to create something tasty they can enjoy.
