Teen Choice
Teen social activity at Carnegie Library South Side.
Teen Choice is an open-ended program designed for teens in grades 6โ12 to explore their own interests at their own pace. Participants can pick up where they left off from the previous week's Teen Time session, try something completely new using materials and games available in the Teenspace, or even lead a mini-lesson to share something they're passionate about with other teens. It's a flexible, creative hour where there's room for everyone to do what appeals to them most.
The library's Teen Specialists are on hand throughout the session to guide and support teens as they work on projects or activities. Whether your teen is looking for structured creative time, a casual space to connect with peers, or a chance to explore their interests, this program accommodates all those needs. It's a judgment-free environment where teens have genuine control over how they spend their time.
