Teen Time
Teen craft activity: create a personalized map at Carnegie Library Downtown.
This hour-long program invites teenagers to explore and express the different facets of who they are through creative storytelling. Participants will work on understanding how their various identities intersect and connect, then translate those insights into a visual map. The activity incorporates natural and architectural elements to represent the distinct "environments" that make up each teen's unique personal story.
The session takes place at the Downtown location of Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh and is offered as part of the America250PA programming initiative. This is a hands-on workshop suitable for teens looking for a creative outlet to reflect on themselves and share their narratives in a supportive setting.
