To Worlds Beyond

Planetarium show about space exploration at Adventure Science Center.

This planetarium show takes you on a guided tour of our solar system using real data collected by spacecraft exploring space. You'll journey to some of the most dramatic destinations in our cosmic neighborhood—from the scorching surface of Venus to Mars's towering peaks and vast canyons, and even to the icy moon Triton orbiting Neptune, where geysers erupt with methane. The 29-minute presentation is narrated by John Billingsley, known for his work on Star Trek, bringing the wonders of planetary exploration to life. This show works particularly well for elementary-age children and families curious about astronomy and space science. It's a great way to spark interest in how we learn about distant worlds through robotic exploration. You can purchase tickets on the museum's website, and hours vary depending on the day of the week, so check before your visit.
