You'll virtually visit some of the most striking planetary landscapes—from Venus's scorching surface to Mars's towering mountains and deep canyons, plus the icy geysers of Triton, Neptune's moon. The 29-minute presentation is narrated by actor John Billingsley, best known for his role in Star Trek. The show is designed with elementary-age children in mind, though families with older kids will find plenty to appreciate. You can purchase tickets online, and visiting is straightforward with clear directions and building maps available. The Adventure Science Center is open Monday and Thursday from 9am to 3pm, and Friday through Sunday from 9am to 5pm (with extended summer Friday hours).
