To Worlds Beyond

Planetarium show at Adventure Science Center—cosmic journey through space and stars.

Take a virtual tour through our solar system without leaving Nashville. This planetarium show uses the latest discoveries from space exploration to bring distant worlds to life on the dome screen. You'll explore Venus's harsh surface, trek across Mars's towering mountains and deep canyons, and witness the icy geysers of Triton, one of Neptune's moons. The experience runs about 29 minutes and features narration by John Billingsley, known for his work on Star Trek. This program works best for elementary-age children and up who are ready to sit still for a short show. Tickets are available for purchase on the museum's website. The planetarium is open Monday and Thursday from 9am to 3pm, and Friday through Sunday from 9am to 5pm (with extended summer hours on Fridays). Check the museum's accessibility information to learn about any accommodations that might help your family enjoy the show comfortably.
