TOTS! at Cheekwood

Your little ones can explore, create, and learn during TOTS!, a drop-in program designed with toddlers and their caregivers in mind. Every Tuesday morning from June through August, families gather for hands-on activities and storytimes themed around current exhibitions and seasonal topics. The July 7 session focuses on pond life, specifically turtles. Kids can paint, build, and engage with age-appropriate activities while you supervise, then stick around for a storytime or special Turtle Talk where an educator feeds the turtles and answers questions about these garden residents. The program runs from 10 AM to noon, with storytimes at 10, 10:45, and 11:30 AM, plus Turtle Talks at 11:15 AM. Admission is included with Cheekwood membership or general admission—no separate registration needed. Since activities happen outdoors, the schedule depends on weather, so check Cheekwood's Instagram or call ahead if conditions seem uncertain. Come ready to get messy and let your imagination loose!
