Weekly Adult Dance Classes

Onelight brings dance instruction to adults of all levels at the Fellowship School of Creative Arts studios in Brentwood. Whether you're completely new to dance or returning after a break, you'll find classes designed to meet you where you are—from beginner ballet to intermediate contemporary and jazz. Each style has its own flavor: Beginning Ballet focuses on foundational technique in a supportive setting, Intermediate Contemporary explores movement through contraction and suspension, Lyrical pairs technique with artistic expression, and Jazz delivers energetic combinations with classic terminology. An Introduction to Dance Workshop also runs as a six-week program, perfect if you're unsure where to begin. Classes run throughout the fall and early winter, with drop-in rates at $20 per class or a 10-class card for $180. The six-week workshop costs $110. You'll find a welcoming atmosphere with no dress code required—just wear comfortable clothing, though ballet shoes are encouraged for ballet classes. Changing rooms and restrooms are available on-site. Payment can be made in person or in advance, and instructors are happy to help if you need guidance choosing the right shoes.
