Weekly Adult Dance Classes

Looking to explore dance or get back into movement after time away? Onelight offers adult classes for ages 18 and up at Fellowship School of Creative Arts, with options suited to every experience level. Whether you're brand new or have danced before, you'll find a welcoming environment focused on building confidence and skill at your own pace. Classes run throughout the fall, with no sessions during fall break and Thanksgiving week. The schedule includes Beginning Ballet with Stretch, Intermediate Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, and Intermediate Ballet, each taught by experienced instructors. There's also a six-week Introduction to Dance Workshop if you'd like to sample multiple styles. Drop-in classes cost $20 each, or purchase a 10-class card for $180. The six-week workshop is $110 and requires advance registration and payment. You'll need ballet shoes for ballet classes (the studio can help you find a pair), but otherwise just wear comfortable clothing. Changing rooms and restrooms are available on-site. Payment can be made in person or in advance.
