Weekly Adult Dance Classes

Looking for a way to stay active and creative? Onelight offers adult dance classes designed for anyone 18 and up, from complete beginners to experienced dancers. Classes meet at the Fellowship School of Creative Arts studios and include options like Beginning Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Lyrical, and Intermediate Ballet throughout the week. Whether you're returning to dance after years away or trying it for the first time, you'll find a supportive environment where instructors guide you at a comfortable pace while building both skill and confidence. Getting started is flexible and affordable. Drop-in classes cost $20 each, or you can purchase a 10-class card for $180. There's also a six-week Introduction to Dance Workshop on Wednesday afternoons that covers ballet, jazz, and contemporary basics. No special outfit is required—just wear comfortable clothes—though ballet shoes are encouraged for ballet classes. You can pay in person or in advance, and changing rooms and restrooms are available on-site. Classes run through December with breaks scheduled for fall break and Thanksgiving week.
