Weekly Adult Dance Classes

Looking for a way to move, grow, and connect with other adults? Onelight offers weekly dance classes at Fellowship School of Creative Arts designed for anyone 18 and up, whether you're picking up dance for the first time or returning after years away. Choose from beginner-friendly options like Beginning Ballet or Introduction to Dance, or step into more advanced classes in Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, and Intermediate Ballet. All skill levels are genuinely welcome—teachers emphasize a supportive, encouraging approach so you can learn at a comfortable pace. Classes run throughout the week with various instructors and times to fit different schedules. You can try a single class for $20, purchase a 10-class card for $180, or commit to a six-week workshop for $110. No special dance attire is required; just wear comfortable clothing. Ballet shoes are encouraged but not mandatory, and the studio has changing rooms and restrooms available. Payment is flexible—pay in person or in advance—and 10-class cards can be picked up from your teacher. Classes run from late September through mid-December, with breaks for fall break and Thanksgiving.
