Weekly Adult Dance Classes

Looking for a way to reconnect with movement or explore dance for the first time as an adult? Onelight offers weekly classes at the Fellowship School of Creative Arts studios in Brentwood for anyone 18 and up, whether you're a complete beginner or have previous experience. Choose from options like Beginning Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, and Intermediate Ballet, each taught by experienced instructors. There's also a six-week Introduction to Dance Workshop that covers ballet, jazz, and contemporary basics at an easy pace—perfect if you're unsure where to start. Classes run throughout the fall and winter with flexible pricing: drop-in sessions are $20, a ten-class card costs $180, or the workshop is $110. You can pay in person or in advance. No special dance attire is required—just wear comfortable clothes—though ballet shoes are encouraged for ballet classes. The studios have changing rooms and restrooms available.
