Step into an intimate evening of live songwriting at this long-running Sunday tradition. Since 1986, Writers Night has given emerging songwriters a chance to perform and develop their craft in a dedicated listening room. Each artist performs a three-song set, and the evening is hosted by local comedian and songwriter Steve Goodie. This is a relaxed, music-focused event where families can experience authentic Nashville songwriting culture up close. Tickets are free (with minimal processing fees), making this an accessible outing for music lovers of all ages. Just note that reserved seating requires a $15 minimum food or drink purchase per person. You can reserve tables, bar seats, or church pews in advance, or arrive early to claim first-come, first-served pew seating.
